以轧钢铁鳞为原料,经硫酸熟化、溶解得到硫酸铁溶液,研究了固液比、熟化过程、硫酸浓度等对铁溶出率的影响.实验结果表明,当固液比为1.2~2.5 g/mL(铁鳞/浓硫酸),硫酸浓度为98%,熟化温度20℃时熟化时间为20 h,熟化温度120℃时熟化时间为2 h时可获得高含量的铁溶液.
以軋鋼鐵鱗為原料,經硫痠熟化、溶解得到硫痠鐵溶液,研究瞭固液比、熟化過程、硫痠濃度等對鐵溶齣率的影響.實驗結果錶明,噹固液比為1.2~2.5 g/mL(鐵鱗/濃硫痠),硫痠濃度為98%,熟化溫度20℃時熟化時間為20 h,熟化溫度120℃時熟化時間為2 h時可穫得高含量的鐵溶液.
이알강철린위원료,경류산숙화、용해득도류산철용액,연구료고액비、숙화과정、류산농도등대철용출솔적영향.실험결과표명,당고액비위1.2~2.5 g/mL(철린/농류산),류산농도위98%,숙화온도20℃시숙화시간위20 h,숙화온도120℃시숙화시간위2 h시가획득고함량적철용액.
Ferric sulfate was obtained by H2SO4 maturating and dissolving using milling scale in steel plant as raw material. The influence of scale/H2SO4 ratio, maturation, H2SO4 concentration on iron stripping was intensively studied. The results show that a high-concentration solution of iron ion can be obtained at scale/H2SO4 ratio of 1.2- 2.5 (g/mL),maturation time of 20 h when temperature is 20 ℃ or 2 h when maturation temperature is 120 ℃ and H2SO4 concentration of 98%.
