通过在不同负荷的运动训练状态下,观察大鼠血清BUN、Scr、尿蛋白排泄率以及肾组织TGF-β1表达的变化,研究不同负荷的运动训练对大鼠肾组织结构、功能及肾组织TGF-β1表达的影响,以及揭示肾组织TGF-β1的表达对肾脏组织结构、功能变化及运动性蛋白尿产生的作用及机制。实验结果表明:综过8周过度训练后,大鼠血清BUN、Scr及尿TP排泄率显著升高(P〈0.05),肾组织TGF-β1表达明显增加,表明过度训练造成肾小球及肾小管超微结构的伤害,随着ECM过度堆积,发生肾间质纤维化,加剧肾单位的损害,导致肾小球滤过和肾小管重吸收功能的下降。提示过度训练导致肾组织TGF-β1表达的显著增加,是过度训练造成肾组织超微结构及功能损害的重要因素。

통과재불동부하적운동훈련상태하,관찰대서혈청BUN、Scr、뇨단백배설솔이급신조직TGF-β1표체적변화,연구불동부하적운동훈련대대서신조직결구、공능급신조직TGF-β1표체적영향,이급게시신조직TGF-β1적표체대신장조직결구、공능변화급운동성단백뇨산생적작용급궤제。실험결과표명:종과8주과도훈련후,대서혈청BUN、Scr급뇨TP배설솔현저승고(P〈0.05),신조직TGF-β1표체명현증가,표명과도훈련조성신소구급신소관초미결구적상해,수착ECM과도퇴적,발생신간질섬유화,가극신단위적손해,도치신소구려과화신소관중흡수공능적하강。제시과도훈련도치신조직TGF-β1표체적현저증가,시과도훈련조성신조직초미결구급공능손해적중요인소。
This research was designed to observe the effects of different training load on renal structure , function , and the expression of transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1) in renal tissue, and to explore the effects of the expression of TGF-β1, in renal tissue on renal structure and function, as well as on the exercise - induced Urinary Protein. Serum BuN, Scr , urinary TP excretion and expression of TGF-β1 were tested immediately after 8-week training at different training load. The results indicated that after overtraining, serum BUN, Scr and urinary protein excretion rate increased significantly. The expression of TGF-β1 in renal tissue increased significantly. It showed that overtraining resulted in the damage of TGF-β1 were tested immediately after 8 weeks training at different training load. As the over--accumulation of exrtalellular matrix (ECM), enhanced the expression of TGF-β1 in kidney. It can be seen as an important factor in the damage to renal microstructuare and fumction caused by over-training.
