Based on teaching purpose, to improve the quality of education is an everlasting topic for universities ,and scientific research and teaching are promoting and depending on each other in highschools,and they are not able to be separated. As a high grade university at this epoch, we should follow the vocation＂ walk the way of teaching and scientific research, improve multi kind of abilities＂. Increase our general abilityies, combine scientific research and teaching smoothly, drive scientific research with teaching and promote teaching with scientific research, make teaching and scientific research a positive direction, cooperate with each other and improve together.
