《中国语言地图集》把陕南的西南官话全部归入西南官话成渝片。但陕南东、西两片西南官话存在明显的差异。东部安康地区的西南官话与西南官话鄂北片相似且有共同的历史来源，西部汉中地区的西南官话与西南官话成渝片相似且有共同的历史来源。依照方言特点和历史来源，陕南东、西两片西南官话宜分别归属西南官话鄂北片和成渝片。

With a review on the issues of classifying Southwest Mandarin in southern Shaanxi province among Chengyu cluster in The Language Atlas of China, this paper argues that the Southwest Mandarin in the eastern parts called Ankang region should be included into north Hubei cluster whereas the one in the western parts called Hanzhong region should be included into Chengyu cluster based on their respective dialectal features and historical origins.
