利用山西省农户调查的微观数据，建立了农户就业天数决定函数和收入决定函数，通过多元回归分析，分别考察了农户户主个人属性、家庭属性、人力资本、村庄属性对农户就业天数和收入的影响。结果显示，在各属性中，人力资本在就业天数和收入决定中发挥了重要作用。其中，初中水平的劳动力与其总就业、非农就业和外出就业天数正相关。拥有技术职称、受过培训、健康自评对劳动力各就业天数、收入均有不同程度的影响。

The paper, based on the micro-data of rural households in Shanxi province, constructs the function of employment days and the function of income, and then uses multi-regression to explore the influences of the attribute of the householder,the attribute of family members, human capital, and the attribute of village on the days of employment and income of a household. The empirical analysis indicate＇ that, among the attributes, human capital plays an important role in the determinants of days of employment and income of rural households. The level of junior high school has opposite effects on the days of total employment, nonfarm employment, and migrating employment. Owning the title of a technical post, training, training of agricultural technique, self-appraisement on health all have different influence on days of employment and income.
