探询穴位刺激对消除中跑运动员一周大强度训练导致的疲劳的效果。将运动员随机分成穴位刺激组、穴旁刺激组和对照组,每日训练后穴位刺激组进行穴位刺激,穴旁刺激组进行穴旁肌肉刺激,对照组自然休息。每位运动员在训练前一天和训练结束后一天各抽取肘部静脉血2ml,测试其SOD活性及MDA含量。每次抽血结束后测试1500m成绩。训练前3组SOD活性、MDA含量以及1500m成绩均无显著性差异。一周后穴位刺激组SOD活性、1500m成绩均有显著性提高。MDA含量下降具有显著性。穴位刺激能提高SOD活性和1500m运动成绩,降低自由基中MDA的含量,并对消除运动性疲劳有一定的促进作用。

탐순혈위자격대소제중포운동원일주대강도훈련도치적피로적효과。장운동원수궤분성혈위자격조、혈방자격조화대조조,매일훈련후혈위자격조진행혈위자격,혈방자격조진행혈방기육자격,대조조자연휴식。매위운동원재훈련전일천화훈련결속후일천각추취주부정맥혈2ml,측시기SOD활성급MDA함량。매차추혈결속후측시1500m성적。훈련전3조SOD활성、MDA함량이급1500m성적균무현저성차이。일주후혈위자격조SOD활성、1500m성적균유현저성제고。MDA함량하강구유현저성。혈위자격능제고SOD활성화1500m운동성적,강저자유기중MDA적함량,병대소제운동성피로유일정적촉진작용。
The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of point stimulation on elimination of male middle runner's fatigue induced by one-week high-intensity training. Athletes were divided into three groups at random,every group was made of eight athletes. After everyday training, point stimulation group received point stimulation. Point-side stimulation group got stimulation at neighborhood point and compari- son group took a natural rest. SOD Activity and MDA quantity from each athlete's 2mml blood which was phlebotomized from a elbow vein were tested after phlebotomizing. It was shown that SOD Activity, MDA quantity and 1 500m achievements were not different from those before training. SOD Activity and 1500m achievements only improved with the point stimulation group. Decrease of MDA quantity was obvious. It proved that point stimulation could enhance SOD Activity and 1 500m achievements,reduce MDA quantity and eliminate exercise-induced fatigue.
