为了促进知识管理在高校的应用，对高校的职能和知识管理的特点进行了剖析，结合作者多年教育背景。把高校知识管理的内容管理按教学、科研和学生管理三部分进行分解，归纳出每部分知识库的框架。并总结出了高校施行知识管理应以开放理念为前提、领导重视为保障、兼顾信息技术和人员管理、注重激励机制和资源建设等思想理念。

To promote the application of knowledge management in universities. The functions and characteristics of knowledge management are analyzed in this paper. Based on the author＇ s many years of educational background, the paper breaks down the universities＇ knowledge management into three parts： teaching, scientific research, and students management, the framework of each knowledge base is summarized. The paper concludes that when implementing knowledge management in universities the idea of openness should be a precondition, and leadership attention as assurance, while attention should also be paid to management of information technology and personnel management, incentive mechanism, and resource construction.
