传统的非经营性事业单位财务管理存在许多弊端。以公立医院财务管理为例，建立市场经济务件下适应现代化非经营性事业单位发展需要的财务管理体系，必须从实施制度化管理、加强财务核算与财务监督、参与经济决策、增加管理的技术内涵等方面入手，走科学化、规范化、法制化的轨道。
傳統的非經營性事業單位財務管理存在許多弊耑。以公立醫院財務管理為例，建立市場經濟務件下適應現代化非經營性事業單位髮展需要的財務管理體繫，必鬚從實施製度化管理、加彊財務覈算與財務鑑督、參與經濟決策、增加管理的技術內涵等方麵入手，走科學化、規範化、法製化的軌道。
전통적비경영성사업단위재무관리존재허다폐단。이공립의원재무관리위례，건립시장경제무건하괄응현대화비경영성사업단위발전수요적재무관리체계，필수종실시제도화관리、가강재무핵산여재무감독、삼여경제결책、증가관리적기술내함등방면입수，주과학화、규범화、법제화적궤도。
Traditional financial control of non-operating public institutions has many malpractices. Taking the financial control of public hospitals for examples, to establish the financial control system of nonoperating public institutions under the market economy, we must manage with institutions, strengthen the financial calculation and financial surveillance, participate economical decision-making, accountant manage with computerization and so on.
