目的:观察补充胆红素对运动造成的细胞凋亡的影响,为运动营养补剂的研发,减少运动性损伤提供一定的实验依据。方法:以40只健康雄性SD大鼠为研究对象,随机分成5组,通过流式细胞仪检测技术检测强抗氧化剂对淋巴细胞和肝细胞凋亡的影响,同时观察与分析外周血浆和肝组织SOD的活性与MDA的含量。结果表明:力竭运动和大强度运动训练能诱导大鼠淋巴细胞和肝细胞凋亡增加;补充胆红素使其凋亡率下降,其原因与补充胆红素能提高机体抗氧化应激有关。
目的:觀察補充膽紅素對運動造成的細胞凋亡的影響,為運動營養補劑的研髮,減少運動性損傷提供一定的實驗依據。方法:以40隻健康雄性SD大鼠為研究對象,隨機分成5組,通過流式細胞儀檢測技術檢測彊抗氧化劑對淋巴細胞和肝細胞凋亡的影響,同時觀察與分析外週血漿和肝組織SOD的活性與MDA的含量。結果錶明:力竭運動和大彊度運動訓練能誘導大鼠淋巴細胞和肝細胞凋亡增加;補充膽紅素使其凋亡率下降,其原因與補充膽紅素能提高機體抗氧化應激有關。
목적:관찰보충담홍소대운동조성적세포조망적영향,위운동영양보제적연발,감소운동성손상제공일정적실험의거。방법:이40지건강웅성SD대서위연구대상,수궤분성5조,통과류식세포의검측기술검측강항양화제대림파세포화간세포조망적영향,동시관찰여분석외주혈장화간조직SOD적활성여MDA적함량。결과표명:력갈운동화대강도운동훈련능유도대서림파세포화간세포조망증가;보충담홍소사기조망솔하강,기원인여보충담홍소능제고궤체항양화응격유관。
Objectives: To observe the effect of bilirubin intake on apeptesis in hepatocyte and lymphocyte of training rats, it offers the experimental basis for developing exercise-nutrition food to reduce sports damages. Methods: 40 healthy male SD rats as the objects, they were randomly divided into five groups, namely quiet contrast group, strength exhaust exercise group, strength exhaust exercise and intake bilirubin group, large intensity training group, large intensity training and intake bilirubin group. Adopted flow cytometer detection technique to observe supplementary strong antioxidant bilirubin result in lymphocyte and hepatocyte apeptosis phenomenon. The concentration of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured at the time. Result: Strength exhaust sport and large intensity training can make lymphocyte and hepatecyte apoptosis increase; Bilirubin intake to make those decreases. The reason is concemed that bilirubin intaking can improve ability of oxidative stress.
