In view of higher mathematics teaching in engineering specialities, this paper analyzes case teaching＇ s advantages in contrast with the traditional teaching method. It discusses the necessity and difficulty of case teaching method introduced in mathematics teaching. Based upon it, this article inquires into the principles and countermeasures.
