目的:研究服用冬虫夏草对尾部悬吊大鼠比目鱼肌湿重及梭内、外肌纤维mATP酶活性的影响,旨在探讨在废用条件下冬虫夏草对梭内、外肌代谢的改变.方法:采用尾部悬吊法建立废用性肌肉萎缩模型,以钙增强的mATPase法检测废用条件下大鼠比目鱼肌梭内、外肌的mATP酶活性变化.结果:尾部悬吊可使梭外肌Ⅰ型肌纤维的构成比减少,Ⅱ型肌纤维的构成比增加,梭内肌纤维mATP酶活性增强,核袋1纤维mATP酶染色不变或由阴性转变为弱阳性,核袋2纤维和核链纤维由阳性转变为强阳性.服药组梭内、外肌mATP酶活性变化显著低于吊尾对照组(P<0.05),比目鱼肌湿重显著高于吊尾对照组(P<0.05).结论:服用冬虫夏草对尾部悬吊大鼠比目鱼肌梭内、外肌纤维类型转化有明显的对抗作用.
目的:研究服用鼕蟲夏草對尾部懸弔大鼠比目魚肌濕重及梭內、外肌纖維mATP酶活性的影響,旨在探討在廢用條件下鼕蟲夏草對梭內、外肌代謝的改變.方法:採用尾部懸弔法建立廢用性肌肉萎縮模型,以鈣增彊的mATPase法檢測廢用條件下大鼠比目魚肌梭內、外肌的mATP酶活性變化.結果:尾部懸弔可使梭外肌Ⅰ型肌纖維的構成比減少,Ⅱ型肌纖維的構成比增加,梭內肌纖維mATP酶活性增彊,覈袋1纖維mATP酶染色不變或由陰性轉變為弱暘性,覈袋2纖維和覈鏈纖維由暘性轉變為彊暘性.服藥組梭內、外肌mATP酶活性變化顯著低于弔尾對照組(P<0.05),比目魚肌濕重顯著高于弔尾對照組(P<0.05).結論:服用鼕蟲夏草對尾部懸弔大鼠比目魚肌梭內、外肌纖維類型轉化有明顯的對抗作用.
목적:연구복용동충하초대미부현조대서비목어기습중급사내、외기섬유mATP매활성적영향,지재탐토재폐용조건하동충하초대사내、외기대사적개변.방법:채용미부현조법건립폐용성기육위축모형,이개증강적mATPase법검측폐용조건하대서비목어기사내、외기적mATP매활성변화.결과:미부현조가사사외기Ⅰ형기섬유적구성비감소,Ⅱ형기섬유적구성비증가,사내기섬유mATP매활성증강,핵대1섬유mATP매염색불변혹유음성전변위약양성,핵대2섬유화핵련섬유유양성전변위강양성.복약조사내、외기mATP매활성변화현저저우조미대조조(P<0.05),비목어기습중현저고우조미대조조(P<0.05).결론:복용동충하초대미부현조대서비목어기사내、외기섬유류형전화유명현적대항작용.
Objective: To study the Effects of cordyceps sinensis in activities of myosin adenosine triphosphatase in rats soleus muscle after tailsuspension. Methods : The activities of myosin adenosine triphosphatase of intrafusal and extrafusal fibers in soleus muscle were tested in 14d tail-suspended and then compared with control. Results : The constituent ratios of type Ⅰ fiber decreased while that of type Ⅱ fiber increased. The activities of myosin adenosine triphosphatase of intrafusal fibers became higher after tail-suspension. Bag 1 intrafusal fibers showed medium activity instead of negative, while bag 2 intrafusal fibers and chain fibers showed higher activity when compared with control. The activity of myosin adenosine triphosphatase in control group was evidently higher activities than that in soleus muscle of drug-taking group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The results showed that cordyceps sinensis had good effects in activities of myosin adenosine triphosphatase of intrafusal and extrafusal fibers in soleus muscle.
