本文以我国中小学综合课教师培养为研究对象，研究领域包括基础教育和师范教育，以理论和实践为基础，通过对综合课本质、新一轮基础教育课程改革中综合课的分析，以及师范教育和综合课教师培养试验的探讨，构建起兼顾职前与职后的多元培养模式，包括主辅式、整合式、校本培训模式。
本文以我國中小學綜閤課教師培養為研究對象，研究領域包括基礎教育和師範教育，以理論和實踐為基礎，通過對綜閤課本質、新一輪基礎教育課程改革中綜閤課的分析，以及師範教育和綜閤課教師培養試驗的探討，構建起兼顧職前與職後的多元培養模式，包括主輔式、整閤式、校本培訓模式。
본문이아국중소학종합과교사배양위연구대상，연구영역포괄기출교육화사범교육，이이론화실천위기출，통과대종합과본질、신일륜기출교육과정개혁중종합과적분석，이급사범교육화종합과교사배양시험적탐토，구건기겸고직전여직후적다원배양모식，포괄주보식、정합식、교본배훈모식。
In this thesis, the study object is the teacher＇s training model of integrated curriculum in Chinese education. Based on the concerned theory and practice, studying fields including elementary education and teacher education, the thesis discusses the characteristics of integrated curriculum, the integrated curriculum in the new curriculum reform, the drawback of teacher education and the teacher＇s training of integrated curriculum which is on progress. At last, the thesis sets up a multiple model which is a model of teacher training while teaching.
