The Cooperative Education of Manufacture-Teach-Study (CEMTS) is an important approach to both fostering the practical and innovative ability of college students, and to improving their integrated quality. This paper is concerned with their internal relations and the analysis of the key factors restricting the development of MTSCE. Suggestions on building the safeguarding system of CEMTS are also proposed.
