本文运用经济转轨以来的实际数据，对我国财政农业投入与农民收入之间的关系进行Granger因果检验，结果显示：1978—2003年间，我国财政农业净投入与农民人均纯收入增长之间尚未表现出明显的因果关系。本文对其中的原因做出了初步分析和解释并提出相应政策措施。

Using the practical data, the paper applies Granger Causal Relation Test to examine if there is Granger causal relation between the growth of public financial support to agriculture and the growth of pure income of Farmer. The result of the study for China between 1978 and 2003 shows there is no obvious causal relation between them, and the authors of the paper attempt to provide some policies that based on elementary analysis and explanation.
