从支出法考察，投资、消费和净出口作为拉动经济增长的“三驾马车”在中国经济发展过程中呈现出不同的态势。近年来，中国经济增长更多地是由固定资产投资和净出口需求所驱动，消费的拉动作用相对较弱。这种失衡的结构不利于国内需求的稳定扩大，也不利于国民经济的持续、稳定增长和良性循环。因此，必须调整投资、进出口与消费关系，通过各种措施扩大消费，增强其对经济增长的拉动作用。

From the respect of major drives of economic growth, expenditure approach, investment, consumption and net export, the three take on different situations. In recent years, China＇s economic growth has been largely driven by fixed-assets investment and export demands, while consumption has been relatively weak. The unbalanced economic structure goes against the expansion of domestic consumption demand, the sustainable economic growth, and the sound cycle of economic activities. Hence, it＇s necessary to balance the economic structure by expanding consumption, and enhance the role of consumption to stimulate economic growth .
