当前呼伦贝尔草原土地沙化仍呈扩展和恶化趋势。土地沙化造成草地生产力大幅度下降，牧民生活受到严重威胁。造成土地沙化既有地质、气候原因，最重要的是人为因素。针对目前防治现状，建议国家启动实施防治专项工程，并将呼伦贝尔沙区天然乔灌林纳入生态公益补偿范围，建立固定监测站加强沙化土地动态监测。

At present, Hulunbei＇er Grassland Desertification is still extend and exacerbated, soil desertification result in the productivity of grassland descend in large extent and farmer＇s living in pasture come under severe menace. Geological and climatic matter, foremost human factor brought on soil desertification. Aim at prevention and cure situation now, it is suggest that State start up and implement special project for prevention and cure, bring natural arbor and shrubbery into ecological forest compensating, set up fixed survey station in order to strengthen desertification soil dynamic survey.
