中国股市的种种问题，主要可归因于其制度缺失，而要弥补和修正股市的制度缺失，首先必须对制度缺失产生的根源进行系统的梳理和剖析，唯有如此，才可能在实践中找到解决这一问题的起点和突破口。基于这一认识，本文从中国股市制度形成和发展的理论基础、制度的系统结构以及制度变迁方式等三个方面对中国股市制度缺失的成因进行了粗浅探讨，以期为股市尽快摆脱制度缺失困扰，逐步走上良性发展轨道提供一定的理论和实践的参考。
中國股市的種種問題，主要可歸因于其製度缺失，而要瀰補和脩正股市的製度缺失，首先必鬚對製度缺失產生的根源進行繫統的梳理和剖析，唯有如此，纔可能在實踐中找到解決這一問題的起點和突破口。基于這一認識，本文從中國股市製度形成和髮展的理論基礎、製度的繫統結構以及製度變遷方式等三箇方麵對中國股市製度缺失的成因進行瞭粗淺探討，以期為股市儘快襬脫製度缺失睏擾，逐步走上良性髮展軌道提供一定的理論和實踐的參攷。

There are a variety of problems in China＇ s stock market, the chief reason may be due to the lack of systems. In order to make up for the systems and change the current situation, the first thing is to systematically card and analyze fundamental causes leading to the system imperfection. Only after that, starting point and breakthrough might be found to solve this problem in practice. Based on this idea, the paper briefly studies on the following three aspects concerning the causes of system imperfection of stock market in China： theoretical fundament of the formation and development of stock market system in China, the systematic structure and changing way of the system, in the hope of offering theoretical and practical reference for the stock market to get rid of the difficulty of system imperfection as quickly as possible and to move into a gradual healthy development path.
