Some scholars think that insurance contract has the following characteristics as：l ）the indemnificatory of its intent ;2）the speciality of its object; 3） the great disparity of its considerations; 4）the asynchronism of the parties＇ obligation - performing. However, I disagree with the opinions above except for the first one.
