从体育行业协会的本质入手，分析了我国体育行业协会的起源、发展、现状及未来走向；运用经济法基础理论阐释其法律地位、法律性质、社会责任；研究了如何解决体育行业协会与市场主体的争端以及如何充分发挥其自治功能，探讨体育行业协会对我国体育事业发展的积极意义。

종체육행업협회적본질입수，분석료아국체육행업협회적기원、발전、현상급미래주향；운용경제법기출이론천석기법률지위、법률성질、사회책임；연구료여하해결체육행업협회여시장주체적쟁단이급여하충분발휘기자치공능，탐토체육행업협회대아국체육사업발전적적겁의의。
In view of the nature of sports trade association, this paper analyzes its origin, development, current features and future development trend. On the basis of the fundamental theories of economics law,the legal status, legal property and social obligation of the sports trade association is expounded. Ways of solving the disputes between the sports trade association and the market entity and of yielding the full play of the association are studied.
