本文从人文、审美、绿色环保、智能化四个方面阐述了新的历史时期大学图书馆建筑的设计理念；结合现代科学技术及高等学校的发展特点，对图书馆建筑的选址、建筑结构及室内环境等方面的规划和设计进行了探讨，力求图书馆建筑跟上新世纪高校建设发展的步伐。
本文從人文、審美、綠色環保、智能化四箇方麵闡述瞭新的歷史時期大學圖書館建築的設計理唸；結閤現代科學技術及高等學校的髮展特點，對圖書館建築的選阯、建築結構及室內環境等方麵的規劃和設計進行瞭探討，力求圖書館建築跟上新世紀高校建設髮展的步伐。
본문종인문、심미、록색배보、지능화사개방면천술료신적역사시기대학도서관건축적설계이념；결합현대과학기술급고등학교적발전특점，대도서관건축적선지、건축결구급실내배경등방면적규화화설계진행료탐토，력구도서관건축근상신세기고교건설발전적보벌。
This paper puts forward the design idea of university library architecture in the new historical stage from the following 4 aspects such as humanity, aesthetics, ＂green＂ environmental protection and intelligentization. Combining the development characteristics of modern scientific technology and higher education institutes, the planning and design are discussed from the site choice, architecture structure and the indoor environment so as to make the library architecture keep up with the development of higher education institutes in the new century.
