运用文献资料调研、统计分析、类比等方法。探讨甘肃省高原训练基地地理环境的特点及其与训练的关系。研究认为，甘肃省地形地貌的垂直地带性表现强烈，海拔梯度差显著，夏秋季气温较高。空气较为湿润，为高原训练提供了优越的外部训练条件；以榆中为中心的兰州—榆中—兴隆山高原训练群落。适宜开展阶梯式高原训练；加快兴建榆中亚高原训练基地。
運用文獻資料調研、統計分析、類比等方法。探討甘肅省高原訓練基地地理環境的特點及其與訓練的關繫。研究認為，甘肅省地形地貌的垂直地帶性錶現彊烈，海拔梯度差顯著，夏鞦季氣溫較高。空氣較為濕潤，為高原訓練提供瞭優越的外部訓練條件；以榆中為中心的蘭州—榆中—興隆山高原訓練群落。適宜開展階梯式高原訓練；加快興建榆中亞高原訓練基地。

This paper discusses the geographical and environmental characteristics of altitude training base in Gansu in order to provide the theoretical basis for altitude training. Through using the method of literature investigation ,statistical analysis and comparison, the author found out that the vertical zone of hypsography in Gansu was remarkable ,the grads difference at sea level was significant,the temperature in summer and autumn season is higher and air is more humid. It provided excellent external training condition for altitude training. Taking the Yuzhong as the training center, Lanzhou-Yuzhong-Xinglong mountain training group was suitable to altitude training.
