本文从当今中国人权入宪与和谐社会内涵入手，论证了国内外的宪法精神人权化的不同样式，阐述了人权的本位转移为构建社会主义和谐社会提供了理论基础，进而指出了“以人为本”、“人权至上”是当代宪法等法律和构建和谐社会的最高原则，宪法等法律应当有效地指导依法行政和提高法律运行能力，以便构建一个人人享有充分人权的和谐社会。
本文從噹今中國人權入憲與和諧社會內涵入手，論證瞭國內外的憲法精神人權化的不同樣式，闡述瞭人權的本位轉移為構建社會主義和諧社會提供瞭理論基礎，進而指齣瞭“以人為本”、“人權至上”是噹代憲法等法律和構建和諧社會的最高原則，憲法等法律應噹有效地指導依法行政和提高法律運行能力，以便構建一箇人人享有充分人權的和諧社會。
본문종당금중국인권입헌여화해사회내함입수，론증료국내외적헌법정신인권화적불동양식，천술료인권적본위전이위구건사회주의화해사회제공료이론기출，진이지출료“이인위본”、“인권지상”시당대헌법등법률화구건화해사회적최고원칙，헌법등법률응당유효지지도의법행정화제고법률운행능력，이편구건일개인인향유충분인권적화해사회。
According to the connotation of Chinese human rights entering the Constitution of the People＇s Republic of China and harmonious society, different patterns of Constitution spirit＇s human fights at home and abroad was demonstrated, the transferring of human rights providing theory foundation for constructing socialist harmonious society was expounded. Man - oriented and human rights a- bove all else which are the highest principle for Constitution and constructing socialist harmonious society was pointed out. The Consti- tution should effectively direct governing by law and enhance operating capability of law so as to set up one harmonious society which every person can enjoy full human rights.
