中国传统哲学蕴涵着丰富而深刻的休闲智慧——崇尚洒落自得的“曾点之乐”,这种生活态度和生存理想又与审美境界内在地相通。明代哲学家陈白沙“自然之乐”的生命境界和审美境界,极为典型地体现了中国传统哲人的休闲智慧:其旷达自适的诗酒之乐、隐逸高洁的菊花之爱、逍遥自在的田园之趣,表现出中国哲人超然物外、天人合一、渗透人间世相、悟出生活真谛后的一种超越自得的生存境界。这种休闲的生存境界,对于我们当代社会的和谐生存具有一定的启示意义。
中國傳統哲學蘊涵著豐富而深刻的休閒智慧——崇尚灑落自得的“曾點之樂”,這種生活態度和生存理想又與審美境界內在地相通。明代哲學傢陳白沙“自然之樂”的生命境界和審美境界,極為典型地體現瞭中國傳統哲人的休閒智慧:其曠達自適的詩酒之樂、隱逸高潔的菊花之愛、逍遙自在的田園之趣,錶現齣中國哲人超然物外、天人閤一、滲透人間世相、悟齣生活真諦後的一種超越自得的生存境界。這種休閒的生存境界,對于我們噹代社會的和諧生存具有一定的啟示意義。
중국전통철학온함착봉부이심각적휴한지혜——숭상쇄락자득적“증점지악”,저충생활태도화생존이상우여심미경계내재지상통。명대철학가진백사“자연지악”적생명경계화심미경계,겁위전형지체현료중국전통철인적휴한지혜:기광체자괄적시주지악、은일고길적국화지애、소요자재적전완지취,표현출중국철인초연물외、천인합일、삼투인간세상、오출생활진체후적일충초월자득적생존경계。저충휴한적생존경계,대우아문당대사회적화해생존구유일정적계시의의。
Traditional Chinese philosophy is abundant in profound wisdom about leisure. It advocates ease, liberty and self-contentment, which, as an attitude toward life, is inherently connected with the aesthetic spiritual realm. Studies on traditional Chinese philosophy suggest that "Kong Yan's pleasure" and " happiness of Zeng Dian" of Confucianism, "carefree lifestyle" of Taoism, the "comfort in the wood' of Zen Buddhism, "flawless accomplishment as if by nature", "ease with oneself", the " non-attachment and the untroubled mind" of Neo-Confucianism—— all these show the Chinese philosophers' understanding and ideal of leisure life as well as their aesthetic spirit and interest. The aesthetic understanding of life shown in the "Enjoyment of Nature" theory of the Ming Dynasty philosopher, Chen Baisha, constitutes the typical embodiment of the wisdom of traditional Chinese philosophers.
The "Enjoyment of nature" is the concentrated embodiment of Chen Baisha's spiritual realm. It, as the unification and development of as well as an integration of Confucian moral theory, Taoism and Zen Buddhist wisdom, is, in essence, of great significance. So, instead of putting emphasis on the action in accordance with the external world, Chen Baisha's philosophy aims at spiritual enjoyment and natural development of personality, and advocates the enlightenment of nature in one's life.
Chen Beisha's big-hearted, natural delight in poetry and wine, his serene, noble and unsullied love of chrysanthemum, his unfettered and unrestrained rejoicing in idyllic life vividly reflect the leisurely state of being detached and contented of those Chinese philosophers who thoroughly understood the ways of the world and the essence of life, regarding themselves as an integral part of nature and free from the worldly care.
Though years have passed, the idea of enjoying a leisurely life is still of fresh value and gives one new insights into the establishment and maintenance of a harmonious contemporary society.
