本文分析了大学生在择业过程的心理状况，指出了大学生择业中所出现的焦虑、自卑、嫉妒等心理误区，分析了这些心理误区的成因，给出了解决问题的建议，指出高校就业指导部门建立专门的心理咨询机构是保证大学生顺利择业的有效机制。

The paper analyzed psychological problems of vocation-selecting, among university students and pointed out the graduates might suffer psychological problems such as anxiety, inferiority,jealousy and so on during the course of vocation-selecting. The author analyzed the reasons and also gave some suggestions to the problems.Establishing specialized psychological consultative insistution by the department of career guidance is the effective mechanism to help university students go well for their vocation-selecting.
