本文着重将管理学中的激励理论应用于高校学生管理工作之中，并从研究学生层次需要，确定相应管理措施；加强过程管理，激发其主体意识；制定并实施目标管理三个方面人手，层层递进地促进高校学生工作创新，以起到抛砖引玉的作用。

본문착중장관이학중적격려이론응용우고교학생관리공작지중，병종연구학생층차수요，학정상응관리조시；가강과정관리，격발기주체의식；제정병실시목표관리삼개방면인수，층층체진지촉진고교학생공작창신，이기도포전인옥적작용。
This article explains the management study will be the theory of stimulation to the management of university students through research needs of students, in order to amuse their enthusiasm and strengthen the process of management, implementation of the enhanced incentive to set goals and implement objective management on three aspects,each progression working on students of higher education, with a view to play a valuable role.
