大学生就业形势日益严峻，全国各大高校在对毕业生进行就业指导时。大多强调就业观念的转变，却常常忽视法制教育。而在实践当中，政策法规与法律知识在就业过程中起着关键的作用。从就业现状入手，探寻了就业指导中加强法制教育的必要性，指出了加强法制教育的途径。

대학생취업형세일익엄준，전국각대고교재대필업생진행취업지도시。대다강조취업관념적전변，각상상홀시법제교육。이재실천당중，정책법규여법률지식재취업과정중기착관건적작용。종취업현상입수，탐심료취업지도중가강법제교육적필요성，지출료가강법제교육적도경。
As the situation of obtaining employment is becoming increasingly rigorous, every college ＆ university lays emphasis on the transforming of employment views but ignores legal education. However, in practice, law ＆ policy and law knowledge are of key importance in the course of employment . This article begins with the current situation of employment and makes an attempt to investigate the reasons and methods of strengthening law education in vocation guidance in the expectation that every college ＆ university does strengthen legal education according to its own actual conditions .
