采用红细胞微核和核异常测试法，研究除草剂丁草胺在0．1mg／L、1．0mg／L、2．5mg／L的水溶液对胡子鲶红细胞的微核率的影响．结果表明，在0．1mg／L、1．0mg／L丁草胺水溶液染毒2d、4d、6d时，胡子鲶红细胞微核率均无明显变化，只在2．5mg／L的丁草胺水溶液染毒6d时，其微核率和对照组相比较差异显著．对核异常的影响，除了0．1mg／L的丁草胺水溶液染毒2d组无显著差异外，其他各天数各浓度组核异常率均显著上升．

Genetic toxicity of herbicide butachlor at 0. 1 mg/L,1.0 mg/L,2. 5 mg/L on erythrocytes nucleus of Clarias fuscus were studied by using micronuclei and nuclear anomalies tests. Results shown that exposure to 0. 1 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L of butachlor for 2,4 and 6 days did not alter significantly micronuleus rate. Exposure to 2.5 mg/L of butachlor significantly altered micronucleus rate compared with the match control. Rate of nuclear anomalies were significantly elevated,except group of 0. 1mg/L for 2 days.
