采用红细胞微核和核异常测试法,研究除草剂丁草胺在0.1mg/L、1.0mg/L、2.5mg/L的水溶液对胡子鲶红细胞的微核率的影响.结果表明,在0.1mg/L、1.0mg/L丁草胺水溶液染毒2d、4d、6d时,胡子鲶红细胞微核率均无明显变化,只在2.5mg/L的丁草胺水溶液染毒6d时,其微核率和对照组相比较差异显著.对核异常的影响,除了0.1mg/L的丁草胺水溶液染毒2d组无显著差异外,其他各天数各浓度组核异常率均显著上升.
採用紅細胞微覈和覈異常測試法,研究除草劑丁草胺在0.1mg/L、1.0mg/L、2.5mg/L的水溶液對鬍子鯰紅細胞的微覈率的影響.結果錶明,在0.1mg/L、1.0mg/L丁草胺水溶液染毒2d、4d、6d時,鬍子鯰紅細胞微覈率均無明顯變化,隻在2.5mg/L的丁草胺水溶液染毒6d時,其微覈率和對照組相比較差異顯著.對覈異常的影響,除瞭0.1mg/L的丁草胺水溶液染毒2d組無顯著差異外,其他各天數各濃度組覈異常率均顯著上升.
채용홍세포미핵화핵이상측시법,연구제초제정초알재0.1mg/L、1.0mg/L、2.5mg/L적수용액대호자염홍세포적미핵솔적영향.결과표명,재0.1mg/L、1.0mg/L정초알수용액염독2d、4d、6d시,호자염홍세포미핵솔균무명현변화,지재2.5mg/L적정초알수용액염독6d시,기미핵솔화대조조상비교차이현저.대핵이상적영향,제료0.1mg/L적정초알수용액염독2d조무현저차이외,기타각천수각농도조핵이상솔균현저상승.
Genetic toxicity of herbicide butachlor at 0. 1 mg/L,1.0 mg/L,2. 5 mg/L on erythrocytes nucleus of Clarias fuscus were studied by using micronuclei and nuclear anomalies tests. Results shown that exposure to 0. 1 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L of butachlor for 2,4 and 6 days did not alter significantly micronuleus rate. Exposure to 2.5 mg/L of butachlor significantly altered micronucleus rate compared with the match control. Rate of nuclear anomalies were significantly elevated,except group of 0. 1mg/L for 2 days.
