重庆市直辖七年以来国民经济获得全面发展，但是因为国民经济运行时间太短，发展速度过快，基础产业普遍不能适应国民经济发展需要，一、三产业固定资产投入严重不足与二产业固定资产快速增长状况不协调等，因此建议加大一、三产业资产投入，协调三次产业固定资产投入的比例关系，适时监控第二产业固定资产投入和最终产品的消费变化趋势，确保国民经济可持续发展。
중경시직할칠년이래국민경제획득전면발전，단시인위국민경제운행시간태단，발전속도과쾌，기출산업보편불능괄응국민경제발전수요，일、삼산업고정자산투입엄중불족여이산업고정자산쾌속증장상황불협조등，인차건의가대일、삼산업자산투입，협조삼차산업고정자산투입적비례관계，괄시감공제이산업고정자산투입화최종산품적소비변화추세，학보국민경제가지속발전。
National economy develops a lot after seven years since Chongqing became the municipality directly under the central government but basic industries can not accord with the development of national economy because national economy operation time is too short and its development speed is too fast. Fixed assets investment of first and tertiary industry is serious short and does not accord with rapid growth of secondary industry fixed assets. Thus, the investment in first and tertiary industry should be enlarged and the proportion of investment in first, secondary and tertiary industry should be coordinated. Fixed assets investment and consumption change trend of secondary industry should be real time monitored in order to ensure the national economy sustainable developme.
