从1994年至今，我国网络思想政治教育先后经历了酝酿萌芽、快速成长、逐渐成熟等三个发展阶段，取得了开创性成就。当前网络思想政治教育在理论研究、网站建设、运行机制等方面仍沉积不少问题，其对策是：紧扣实践，加强研究，构建完善的网络思想政治教育理论体系；创新制度，完善机制，不断提升网络思想政治教育专业化和标准化水平；以人为本，培育团队，不断优化网络思想政治教育人才队伍结构；整合资源，打造品牌，构建国家级思想政治教育门户网站。
從1994年至今，我國網絡思想政治教育先後經歷瞭醞釀萌芽、快速成長、逐漸成熟等三箇髮展階段，取得瞭開創性成就。噹前網絡思想政治教育在理論研究、網站建設、運行機製等方麵仍沉積不少問題，其對策是：緊釦實踐，加彊研究，構建完善的網絡思想政治教育理論體繫；創新製度，完善機製，不斷提升網絡思想政治教育專業化和標準化水平；以人為本，培育糰隊，不斷優化網絡思想政治教育人纔隊伍結構；整閤資源，打造品牌，構建國傢級思想政治教育門戶網站。
종1994년지금，아국망락사상정치교육선후경력료온양맹아、쾌속성장、축점성숙등삼개발전계단，취득료개창성성취。당전망락사상정치교육재이론연구、망참건설、운행궤제등방면잉침적불소문제，기대책시：긴구실천，가강연구，구건완선적망락사상정치교육이론체계；창신제도，완선궤제，불단제승망락사상정치교육전업화화표준화수평；이인위본，배육단대，불단우화망락사상정치교육인재대오결구；정합자원，타조품패，구건국가급사상정치교육문호망참。
From 1994, our country＇s ideology and politics education in internet has undergone three periods, i.e. budding period, rapidly growing period and gradually maturing period, with great achievement. However, the current ideology and politics education in internet still exists many problems in theoretic research, website construction and operative system. The relevant solutions are to build up a complete theoretic system for ideology and politics education in internet by tightly connecting with practice and enforcing research, to increase the professional and standard level of the ideology and politics education in internet by innovating system and completing mechanism, to continuously optimize the construction of the personnel of the ideology and politics education in internet by cultivating the unitary teams and to construct a national class website for the ideology and politics education in internet by integrating all resources and creating a famous brand.
