农业高科技企业成长机会包括农业高新技术研发和市场推广，是一个系列递进买方期权．其价值是农业高科技企业价值的核心部分。文章利用二项式分布模型构建了时间和概率因素下成长机会的期权形式价值量化模型，总结了农业高科技企业的期权性质及其特点，以此为基础，进一步讨论了成长机会价值量化模型在农业高科技企业价值评估中的应用。
農業高科技企業成長機會包括農業高新技術研髮和市場推廣，是一箇繫列遞進買方期權．其價值是農業高科技企業價值的覈心部分。文章利用二項式分佈模型構建瞭時間和概率因素下成長機會的期權形式價值量化模型，總結瞭農業高科技企業的期權性質及其特點，以此為基礎，進一步討論瞭成長機會價值量化模型在農業高科技企業價值評估中的應用。

The growth opportunity in high-tech agriculture corporate includes two parts： R＆D of high agricultural technique and application of it in market. It is a call option which is the core of value of high-tech agriculture corporate. In this thesis the authors make the Valuation Model of Growth opportunity considering the time and probability firstly and analyze the option attribute of high technique agriculture corporate. Based on it, the authors discuss the application of the model in valuation of corporate further.
