血管内皮功能紊乱主要原因是血管内皮一氧化氮(NO)的释放量减少而失去了NO的血管保护作用。研究表明,血管内皮功能紊乱和动脉粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病的发生发展密切相关,患高血压大鼠、肥胖大鼠、糖尿病大鼠,都有不同程度的血管内皮功能紊乱。运动可以改善血管内皮功能。

혈관내피공능문란주요원인시혈관내피일양화담(NO)적석방량감소이실거료NO적혈관보호작용。연구표명,혈관내피공능문란화동맥죽양경화、고혈압、당뇨병적발생발전밀절상관,환고혈압대서、비반대서、당뇨병대서,도유불동정도적혈관내피공능문란。운동가이개선혈관내피공능。
The main reason of dysfunction of vascular endothelium is the decreasing NO release of vascular endothelium which leads to lose protect function of NO. The research shows that dysfunction of vascular endothelium is relate to occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, hypertension and diabetes. Rats with disease of hypertension, obesity and diabetes are suffered from dysfunction of vascular endothelium to different degrees. Exercise can improve the function of vascular endothelium.
