运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等方法对山东省中小学体育与健康课程实施现状进行了调查分析。研究结果表明：中小学体育与健康课程实施以来，其保障系统、学校的管理方式、体育教师的教学行为、教学方式及教学观等方面正在发生着巨大的变化，但也还存在着一些问题，针对存在的问题，应采取积极有效的措施去解决，以促进中小学体育与健康课程改革的深入健康发展。

With the methods of documents, questionnaire, interview, the paper has conducted an investigation into the current situation of implementation on the course of and fitness in primary and middle schools of Shandong province, which shows that great changes have taken place in the managing pattern and physical education teachers＇teaching behavior, style and views since the implementation of the course and fitness in primary and middle schools, but some problems still exist. We should take active measures to solve these problems to help the healthy development of the new course reform.
