采用实验方法,结合观察、调研等形式对中华女子学院1200名女生进行《学生体质健康标准》所涉及的形态、机能、素质以及scl-90症状自陈量表的测试,选取其中133人(分为两班)作为研究对象,展开为期3个月的“运动处方”培训。结果显示:实验班(运动处方组)在素质、机能方面有较显著变化。同时,实验班(运动处方组)和对照班(体育课组)在人际关系、焦虑、偏执因子及总分上存在显著差异。这说明女大学生实施体育教学运动处方锻炼具有较强的针对性、科学性和较高的实效性,健身运动处方教学模式对促进高校女子大学生体育教学改革具有重要的推动作用。

By means of experimental study, observation, and investigation, etc., the authors of this paper have conducted a set of tests of shape,diathesis,competence and SCL-90-R (Symptom Checklist) according to the "Health Standard Guide for Students" to 1200 female students from the Chinese Ladies Institute. And 133 of them have been selected as target group and divided into 2 classes to be trained by using the "exercise prescription" method for 3 months. It is indicated that the experimental group shows significant improvement in diathesis and competence. Meanwhile, compared with the contrast group (the one without taking "exercise prescription") ,the experimental group shows great differences in terms of personal relations,worriment,crankiness factor and total scores. The research reveals that the application of "exercise prescription" in P. E. teaching has proven to be applicable, scientific and feasible for female undergraduate students. "Exercise prescription" as a collective P. E. teaching mode will play an important role in advocating P. E. teaching reforms for female students in universities.
