对西安市柔道队男子运动员在经过8周健身关节操锻炼后柔韧、体脂指标的变化进行了研究。结果发现健身关节操能够使柔道运动员的关节灵活度加大、体脂逐步减少以及降低运动损伤发生率的作用。
對西安市柔道隊男子運動員在經過8週健身關節操鍛煉後柔韌、體脂指標的變化進行瞭研究。結果髮現健身關節操能夠使柔道運動員的關節靈活度加大、體脂逐步減少以及降低運動損傷髮生率的作用。
대서안시유도대남자운동원재경과8주건신관절조단련후유인、체지지표적변화진행료연구。결과발현건신관절조능구사유도운동원적관절령활도가대、체지축보감소이급강저운동손상발생솔적작용。
This study is about the change of indexes of flexibility and level of body fat for the athletes in Xi'an Judo Team after they have been trained with body-building joint exercise for 8 weeks. It is shown that the body-building joint exercise will enable judo athletes to improve their joint flexibility,reduce their level of body fat as well as the rate of exercise damage.
