本文对首都体育学院竞技体校学生文化课学习动机进行调查研究,并从动机状况、影响动机的内外因素、学生在文化课学习中遇到的主要问题、学生与教师对学校教学管理的意见以及学生对自身发展的设想等几个方面进行深入地分析。研究发现首都体育学院竞技体校学生文化课学习动机总体上偏低,但与业余体校学生并无显著差异;促使学生产生文化课学习动机的第一位需要是将来可以考上好的大学;影响竞技体校学生文化课学习动机的首要外在因素是学习风气;学生在文化课学习中遇到的主要问题是基础太差。本文同时根据研究中发现的问题提出了相应的管理对策。
本文對首都體育學院競技體校學生文化課學習動機進行調查研究,併從動機狀況、影響動機的內外因素、學生在文化課學習中遇到的主要問題、學生與教師對學校教學管理的意見以及學生對自身髮展的設想等幾箇方麵進行深入地分析。研究髮現首都體育學院競技體校學生文化課學習動機總體上偏低,但與業餘體校學生併無顯著差異;促使學生產生文化課學習動機的第一位需要是將來可以攷上好的大學;影響競技體校學生文化課學習動機的首要外在因素是學習風氣;學生在文化課學習中遇到的主要問題是基礎太差。本文同時根據研究中髮現的問題提齣瞭相應的管理對策。

The authors of this paper have conducted researches on students' learning motives for cultural lessons in the sports school of CIPE and made further investigations on their motive status ,the internal and external factors that influence the motives, some of the major problems encountered by students in their learning, complains from both students and teachers regarding the teaching and administration of the school and students' plans for their own career development. The research indicates that students' motive level in learning cultural lessons in the sports school is low in general ,but there is little difference compared with students from other professional or amateur sports schools. The most important motive that urges the students to study the cultural lessons is to be able to pass the college admission exam in the future and the external factor that influences students' motive for cultural lessons in sports schools is their study habits and study atmosphere. Poor foundation in study is students' key problem in learning cultural lessons. Relevant management strategies are put forward according to the problems discovered in the course of the research.
