阐述了用SCI（Science Citation Index）影响因子（Impact Factor，简称IF）测评以期刊为主要文献源的数字资源学术价值的依据，通过对8种数字资源的一一测评，计算出它们各自的平均IF值，对测评结果进行了分析与讨论。

This paper expatiates on the feasibility of using the impact factor （IF for short ）in Science Citation Index （SCI for short）, which appraises the science importance mainly based on digital resource from periodicals. Athrough the appraisement of the 8 kinds of digital resource separately, the paper calculates, appaises and compares their average IF figures respectively, and have the result analysed and discussed.
