During the process of rapid growth of premium income, it should be pointed out that the current insurance agent system exposes plenty of shortcoming, and the reform is urgent. As the partner with insurance companies, how to improve the current system of insurance agent should be very crucial to the flourishing of the insurance market. Based on the relevant experience of some developed countries, the paper deeply analyzes the existing problems, and put forward some recommendations to improve the human resource management on the system of life insurance agent.
