烟草专卖制度作为典型的政治经济制度，诞生已经近400年了，它曾推动了世界烟草产业的迅速发展，但是随着经济一体化的趋势日益明显，其缺陷也逐渐暴露。因此对世界各国的烟草专卖制度进行深入的研究和探讨对我国的烟草专卖制度的改革有着重要的意义。
煙草專賣製度作為典型的政治經濟製度，誕生已經近400年瞭，它曾推動瞭世界煙草產業的迅速髮展，但是隨著經濟一體化的趨勢日益明顯，其缺陷也逐漸暴露。因此對世界各國的煙草專賣製度進行深入的研究和探討對我國的煙草專賣製度的改革有著重要的意義。
연초전매제도작위전형적정치경제제도，탄생이경근400년료，타증추동료세계연초산업적신속발전，단시수착경제일체화적추세일익명현，기결함야축점폭로。인차대세계각국적연초전매제도진행심입적연구화탐토대아국적연초전매제도적개혁유착중요적의의。
It has been over four hundred years since tobacco monopoly system, as a typical political and economic system, was born. Tobacco monopoly system promoted rapid development of tobacco industry of the world and has shortcomings with integrating of economy. Thus, research and discussion on tobacco monopoly system of each country are of great significance to China＇s tobacco monopoly system reform.
