构建和谐社会是党的十六大提出的执政理念，已成为当今社会生活的主题词。和谐社会之本在于人。而人的成长培养在于教育，构建和谐社会离不开教育这块基石、教育贫困指现行教育系统在运作过程中事实上所产生的各种问题，它分为外显的贫困和内隐的贫困。教育贫困最基本的表现形式就是教育不公和教育不均衡发展，只有解决好这两个显著而又突出的问题，才能真正消除教育贫困，从而实现和谐社会的构建。
構建和諧社會是黨的十六大提齣的執政理唸，已成為噹今社會生活的主題詞。和諧社會之本在于人。而人的成長培養在于教育，構建和諧社會離不開教育這塊基石、教育貧睏指現行教育繫統在運作過程中事實上所產生的各種問題，它分為外顯的貧睏和內隱的貧睏。教育貧睏最基本的錶現形式就是教育不公和教育不均衡髮展，隻有解決好這兩箇顯著而又突齣的問題，纔能真正消除教育貧睏，從而實現和諧社會的構建。
구건화해사회시당적십륙대제출적집정이념，이성위당금사회생활적주제사。화해사회지본재우인。이인적성장배양재우교육，구건화해사회리불개교육저괴기석、교육빈곤지현행교육계통재운작과정중사실상소산생적각충문제，타분위외현적빈곤화내은적빈곤。교육빈곤최기본적표현형식취시교육불공화교육불균형발전，지유해결호저량개현저이우돌출적문제，재능진정소제교육빈곤，종이실현화해사회적구건。
Building a harmonious society is a ruling principle brought forward by the 16th CCP meeting,and has become a keyword of social activities nowadays. A harmonious society is based on the people,while the development of the people relies on education, so education should be the foundation of building a harmonious society. Education poverty refers to the actual problems occurred during the operation of current educational system, which includes extrinsic poverty and internal poverty. The injustice and uneven development of education are typical examples of education poverty that require real solutions so as to attain the harmony of education and the society. The harmony of education will forcefully promote the harmony of the society.
