本文通过Logisitc回归模型，对电子商务企业生存的影响因素进行了分析。笔者认为，电子商务企业的生存是受企业自身基因构成决定的，而电子商务企业的基因构成包括了企业家才能、资金、信息资本、人力资本、社会资本和技术资本。同时，企业的基因会随着环境的变化而不断地进行着调整和整合，以适应竞争的需要。实证分析的结果证实了笔者的判断。
本文通過Logisitc迴歸模型，對電子商務企業生存的影響因素進行瞭分析。筆者認為，電子商務企業的生存是受企業自身基因構成決定的，而電子商務企業的基因構成包括瞭企業傢纔能、資金、信息資本、人力資本、社會資本和技術資本。同時，企業的基因會隨著環境的變化而不斷地進行著調整和整閤，以適應競爭的需要。實證分析的結果證實瞭筆者的判斷。
본문통과Logisitc회귀모형，대전자상무기업생존적영향인소진행료분석。필자인위，전자상무기업적생존시수기업자신기인구성결정적，이전자상무기업적기인구성포괄료기업가재능、자금、신식자본、인력자본、사회자본화기술자본。동시，기업적기인회수착배경적변화이불단지진행착조정화정합，이괄응경쟁적수요。실증분석적결과증실료필자적판단。
The authors analyses the factors which affect the dotcom companies survival using the logistic regression. The author think that the survival probabilities of dotcom is affected by firm Gene and the firm DNA structure includes the capabilities of entrepreneur, funding, information capital, human capital, social capital he technology capital. DNA structure will change with the environment to fit the demand of competition. The results show that the authors assumption is fit the empirical model.
