以成年雄性SD大鼠为研究对象,递增强度跑台训练建立大强度耐力训练运动模型,研究了葛根总黄酮对大强度耐力训练大鼠对心肌、肝脏、肾脏、脑和股四头肌组织的Na^+-K^+-ATPase活性的影响。结果表明,葛根总黄酮能使耐力训练大鼠心肌、肝脏、肾脏、脑和股四头肌组织的Na^+-K^+-ATPase显著升高,提高细胞膜Na^+-K^+泵的工作效率,增强膜维持胞内外离子分布的功能。
以成年雄性SD大鼠為研究對象,遞增彊度跑檯訓練建立大彊度耐力訓練運動模型,研究瞭葛根總黃酮對大彊度耐力訓練大鼠對心肌、肝髒、腎髒、腦和股四頭肌組織的Na^+-K^+-ATPase活性的影響。結果錶明,葛根總黃酮能使耐力訓練大鼠心肌、肝髒、腎髒、腦和股四頭肌組織的Na^+-K^+-ATPase顯著升高,提高細胞膜Na^+-K^+泵的工作效率,增彊膜維持胞內外離子分佈的功能。
이성년웅성SD대서위연구대상,체증강도포태훈련건립대강도내력훈련운동모형,연구료갈근총황동대대강도내력훈련대서대심기、간장、신장、뇌화고사두기조직적Na^+-K^+-ATPase활성적영향。결과표명,갈근총황동능사내력훈련대서심기、간장、신장、뇌화고사두기조직적Na^+-K^+-ATPase현저승고,제고세포막Na^+-K^+빙적공작효솔,증강막유지포내외리자분포적공능。
This study's objects were SD rats (♂). Increasing progressively intensity treadmill training sets up the endurance exercise models. The influences of puerarire radices total flavone is studied on the Na^+-k^+-ATPase activity in the cardiac muscle, liver, kidney, brain and quadricep of rats trained with intensive endurance. The results show that puerarire radices total flavone can remarkably raise the Na^+-k^+-ATPase activity in the cardiac muscle, liver, kidney, brain and quadricep of training rats, reinforce the efficiency of the Na^+-K^+ pump on the cell membrane and the function of maintaining the ion distribution in or out the cell membrane.
