对我国体育经纪人市场的供需矛盾问题进行了分析和探讨。认为：我国体育经纪人的需求空间不断扩大，体育经纪人的供给势头旺盛，但我国体育经纪人市场的供需矛盾问题突出。表现为：体育经纪人的供需市场缺乏规范，供给市场与需求市场缺少联系；体育经纪人供给市场资源开发利用不足。我国体育经纪人市场供需矛盾的原因在于：管理体制不完善，立法滞后，市场以及人才培养不规范等方面。
