“社会主义新农村建设”是党和政府为了求解跨世纪的“三农”难题，而采取的一项重大举措。运用文献法对“社会主义新农村建设”思路的发展脉络进行了简单描述，从党和政府的重要会议及文件的层面，为全民健身在社会主义新农村建设中的作用提供了理论依据。在社会学、经济学的视野下，采用理论分析方法，联系社会主义新农村的特征，阐释了全民健身在促进农民“发展”，建设社会主义新农村中的作用。
“社會主義新農村建設”是黨和政府為瞭求解跨世紀的“三農”難題，而採取的一項重大舉措。運用文獻法對“社會主義新農村建設”思路的髮展脈絡進行瞭簡單描述，從黨和政府的重要會議及文件的層麵，為全民健身在社會主義新農村建設中的作用提供瞭理論依據。在社會學、經濟學的視野下，採用理論分析方法，聯繫社會主義新農村的特徵，闡釋瞭全民健身在促進農民“髮展”，建設社會主義新農村中的作用。

The construction of new socialist countryside is one of major acts taken by our government and party to solve the cross-century issues concerning agriculture ,countryside and farmers. Through using the method of literature, this paper made simple description on development of new socialist countryside construction. From the point of important conference and document of our party and government,the theoretical basis of national fitness program playing in new socialist countryside construction was provided. In the vision of sociology and economics,using the method of theoretical analysis and combining with the character of new socialist countryside,the function of national fitness program in promoting the development of new socialist countryside construction was explained.
