CBD与RBD的研究在我国大规模城市建设和旅游业飞跃式发展的背景下受到广泛的重视，但对相关概念的模糊认识导致了研究视野的偏差。本文在对CBD与RBD的概念进行比较研究的基础上，得出两个结论：一、RBD包括城市RBD和非城市RBD，而对城市RBD的研究并不能概括所有RBD的特征，也不能解决非城市RBD规划和建设中所出现的问题。二、从CBD与RBD的起源和功能来看，两者的不同之处大于其共同之处。CBD与RBD功能的延伸导致了城市游憩商业区的出现，对这三者的建设应有各自的侧重点。

Under the background and rapid development of tourism of CBD and RBD has been put of large-scale urban construction industry in our country, the study under spotlight in recent years. However, the confusion of these two concepts has misled and, in some sense, narrowed the vision of their correlative studies. Based on the comparative study between CBD and RBD, the present article holds that： First, RBD includes those recreational business districts both in and out of the city. The research of urban RBD could not replace the characteristics of all RBD. Second, judged by their origins and functions, CBD and RBD have greater difference than they are in common. The extension of their functions leads to the emergence of TDB, so the construction of CBD, RBD and TBD should have their own characteristics.
