随着高校教育的多元化和快速发展，高校图书馆已经成为教室之外学生主要的学习场所，提高图书馆的读者满意度有至关重要的作用。服务差距模型（即SERVQUAL模型）是对被调查者对图书馆的期望和感受作出差距。以求对图书馆服务质量作出评价。采用了国外先进的SERVQUAL服务质量评价模型来评价武汉理工大学图书馆的服务质量。武汉理工大学作为全国高校的一部分，可以作为高校的代表。其中对其图书馆读者服务满意度调查体现的问题，可以隐射目前高校图书馆所普遍存在的问题。最后，对图书馆存在的问题提出相应的建议和整改措施。

With the diversified and rapid development of the education at the institutions of higher learning, most students likely go to university libraries to absorb knowledge after class, thus improving the degree of readers＇ satisfaction about university library plays an important role now. The SERVQUAL model can evaluate the service quality of library through researching the disparities between expectations and real feelings of readers. The service quality of Wuhan University of Technology was evaluated with the overseas advanced SERVQUAL model. This result can serve as a representative for researching, thus from the conclusion we can realize the major problems exist in a university library. Then the corresponding suggestions and measures are briefly put forward.
