在我国构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中，“三农问题”是工作的重点，其中农村妇女权益的保护问题值得我们关注。农村妇女权益特别是土地权益关系到广大农村妇女的生存与发展，能否切实保障广大农村妇女的合法土地权益将直接影响到整个社会的稳定。目前，农村妇女的土地权益常常受到侵害，之所以如此，既有社会文化的原因，也有法律方面的原因，如法律体系不健全、法律规定协调性差、以及法律本身不够完善等。尽快完善法律的各项规定并发挥各级妇联的作用，是保护农村妇女土地权益的有效措施。

In the proc, ess of buihting China into a harmonious socialist society, the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers are the focus of the work, of which rural women＇s rights protection issue is worthy of our attention. The rights of the rural women, especially land rights relate to their survival and development, can effectively assure the legal land right of the rural women directly affect the stability of entire society. At present, the land rights of the rural women suffer violation frequentyly. There has the social culture reasons, also has the legal reasons, for example, the legal system is not perfect, rule lacks harmony and so on. Perfecting legal rules as soon as possible and giving full paly to all levels of women＇s Federation＇s function are the effective ways to protect rural women＇s land right.
