引进战略投资者是中国银行业应对全面对外开放的重要举措。基于随机边界利润函数，本文首次实证研究了中国主要商业银行及其战略投资者的利润无效率水平。实证结果发现，虽然在中国主要商业银行及其战略投资者的利润无效率之间并没有一条截然的分界线，但是战略投资者的赢利能力普遍较高，值得前者借鉴和学习；从利润无效率变化的趋势看，中国国有和股份制商业银行的赢利能力在逐年提高，与战略投资者的利润效率有收敛的趋势，文章还进一步对影响利润无效率的因素做了实证分析。

The introduction of strategic investors is an important measure for China＇ s banking industry opening up to the world. The paper, based on stochastic frontier function, firstly and empirically studies the profit inefficiency of main commercial banks and their strategic investors inChlna. The result shows that there is no complete division between the profit inefficiency of China＇s commercial banks and strategic investors. During the period of the observation, state - owned banks and stock - holding banks constantly improve their profitability. From the tendency of its change, the sample banks＇ efficiency will be convergent. At last, the paper analyses related factors affecting profit inefficiency of banks.
