教学反思作为教师教学活动中的重要内容,内隐着一定的教育价值观与教育理念,其本质是教师对学生发展不断认识与思考的这样一个过程。在此过程中,要把握好两个基本维度,也就是既要从教学活动环节中揭示出学生发展观,又要从学生发展观中体现教学反思的内容。
教學反思作為教師教學活動中的重要內容,內隱著一定的教育價值觀與教育理唸,其本質是教師對學生髮展不斷認識與思攷的這樣一箇過程。在此過程中,要把握好兩箇基本維度,也就是既要從教學活動環節中揭示齣學生髮展觀,又要從學生髮展觀中體現教學反思的內容。

Teaching reflection is the importartt content ol teaching activities. It contains certain educational values and ideas. Its essence is such a process that the teacher is constantly recognizing and considering students' development, In this process, two basic dimensions should be paid attention to, i.e.. the view of students' development should be revealed in teaching activities and the content of teaching reflection should be embodies in the view of students' development.
