中小企业的广泛存在为市场竞争增加了活力，但是，由于自身抗风险的能力弱等原因，中小企业很难获取商业银行的信贷支持，融资难问题限制了中小企业的发展。为了解决这一问题，世界许多国家都建立了中小企业信用担保制度，其中德国在中小企业信用担保体系建设方面成效显著。借鉴德国的经验，完善我国中小企业信用担保体系，对促进、保护我国中小企业的发展具有重要意义。

The existence of plenty of small and middle-sized enterprises makes the market more vigorous. But because of the weakness of their ability against risks and the high loan risk, it is difficult for them to obtain the loan support from the banks. Therefore , financing difficulty blocks the development of small and middle-sized enterprises. In order to solve the problem, in many countries the credit sponsion system of small and middle-sized enterprises is established, among which German＇s system achieves a lot to enable small and middle-sized enterprises the mainstay of economic and social development. It is of great importance to take German experience for reference and improve Chinese credit sponsion system.
