2005年末国务院颁发的《关于完善企业职工基本养老保险制度的决定》．将对我国“十一五”乃至今后相当长时期的养老保险工作产生重要影响。结合我国目前养老保险的现状，可以对我国基本养老保险制度的发展作出基本判斯，即“十一五”时期我国养老保险政策关注的重点领域是构建基本养老保险棱心制度的实现方式、建立长效机制和激励约束机制、改革养老金计发办法、提升养老保险的统筹层次、加大社会化管理服务力度。
2005年末國務院頒髮的《關于完善企業職工基本養老保險製度的決定》．將對我國“十一五”迺至今後相噹長時期的養老保險工作產生重要影響。結閤我國目前養老保險的現狀，可以對我國基本養老保險製度的髮展作齣基本判斯，即“十一五”時期我國養老保險政策關註的重點領域是構建基本養老保險稜心製度的實現方式、建立長效機製和激勵約束機製、改革養老金計髮辦法、提升養老保險的統籌層次、加大社會化管理服務力度。
2005년말국무원반발적《관우완선기업직공기본양로보험제도적결정》．장대아국“십일오”내지금후상당장시기적양로보험공작산생중요영향。결합아국목전양로보험적현상，가이대아국기본양로보험제도적발전작출기본판사，즉“십일오”시기아국양로보험정책관주적중점영역시구건기본양로보험릉심제도적실현방식、건립장효궤제화격려약속궤제、개혁양로금계발판법、제승양로보험적통주층차、가대사회화관리복무력도。
At the end of 2005, State Council issued the decision of perfecting endowment insurance system of employees. The decision will have an important influence on our endowment insurance work in a quite long time. With the endowment insurance situation in our country ,we can make the basic judgment to the development of the endowment insurance system. That＇ s to say,the important part of the endowment insurance system during the eleventh five- year- plan period is to construct the way of endowment insurance core system, establish the persistent mechanism and the restraint mechanism, reform calculating and sending way, promote the overall planning level, and increase socialized management service.
